When and where will the conferences take place?

The 1st World NET Forum - A Forum on Basic, Translational and Global NET Aspects will take place on 10 and 11 March 2020 in Barcelona, Spain.

 

The 10th Annual ENETS Postgraduate Course will take place on 11 March 2020 in Barcelona, Spain.

 

The 17th Annual ENETS Conference will take place on 11 - 13 March 2020 in Barcelona, Spain.

(The Conference will start with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 11 March at 17:30. The Scientific Programme will start on Thursday, 12 March.)

Can I register on-site?

Onsite registration for all conferences and material pickup is possible at the ENETS registration desk located on the ground floor in CCIB at the following times:

How do I register for the conferences?

Online registration for both the 1st World NET Forum, the 10th Annual ENETS Postgraduate Course and the 17th Annual ENETS Conference is possible from 1 September 2019 on www.enetsconference.org.

Can I gain CME credits for the meetings?

An application will be made to the EACCME® for CME accreditation for all events. ENETS will provide information upodates as soon as the application processes are complete.

Who can attend the conference? Can you help me with a visa?

The conference is open to all ENETS members and to physicians, researchers and nurses working in a field related to neuroendocrine tumor disease as well as patient advocates. Please see this question on this FAQ page regarding registration fees.

ENETS can provide participants in need of a travel visa with a letter of support. To receive this letter, please first register for the conference. When you register, you will automatically be offered a letter of invitation toward obtaining a visa.

How and when can I register for the conferences?

Online registration for all events - the 1st World NET Forum, the 10th Annual ENETS Postgraduate Course and the 17th Annual ENETS Conference - is available from 1 September 2019.

Where can I find the scientific programmes?

The 1st World NET Forum - A Forum on Basic, Translational and Global NET Aspects will be hosted for the first time by ENETS in 2020. This premier initiative is the culmination of collaborative work with international leading NET societies and is designed to bridge the gap between basic, translational and clinical science.

The 10th Annual ENETS Postgraduate Course will provide the next generation of NET-dedicated specialists with the best chance to learn the latest information in NET research and diagnosis first-hand from an expert panel of speakers from various disciplines.

The 17th Annual ENETS Conference will highlight the latest in understanding in tumor biology as well as offering the most current and relevant aspects of neuroendocrine tumor advances in diagnostics and therapeutics.

Can I bring a guest to the meeting?

Accompanying guests will not be permitted to attend the conference.

Can I apply for financial support from ENETS?

ENETS is pleased to offer travel grants to aid young investigators who require financial assistance in order to attend the 17th Annual ENETS Conference and/or the 1st World NET Forum in Barcelona. You must be younger than 35 years of age to apply. Application for ENETS Travel Grants for the 17th Annual Conference (11 to 13 March 2020, Barcelona, Spain) will start on 1 September 2019 and end on 2 December 2019.

Will there be abstract sessions?

There will be several abstract sessions for both basic and clinical science including presidential abstracts during the conference.
