Companies and group booking agencies can purchase registration vouchers and assign them to delegates later.

Getting started

To create your group booking account, complete the online Group Registration Form. If you have already received an onboarding email from IDEA-Z, please use the access instructions provided.

Fees and name assignment

Vouchers purchased and paid for by the early-fee deadline of 1 February 2027 retain the early rate, even if delegate names are assigned afterwards.

All vouchers must be assigned to named delegates by 2 March 2027 at 24:00 CET.

On-site participation

  • Participation in all scientific and educational sessions, with the opportunity to interact with the expert panel.
  • On-site networking opportunities with faculty and peers.
  • Access to the on-site poster exhibition and poster stage sessions.
  • Coffee breaks and lunches as per the programme.
  • Welcome reception for participants attending the first day of the conference.
  • Access to webcasts of all scientific and educational sessions from 18 March 2027 for at least 12 months.
  • Access to the ENETS Conference App, including the abstract booklet, e-Posters and virtual exhibition, from 10 March 2027.
  • Conference material, including participant bag and final programme.

Video on demand ticket

  • Access to webcasts of all scientific and educational sessions from 18 March 2027 for at least 12 months.
  • Access to the ENETS Abstract Booklet starting from 10 March 2027.
  • Access to e-Posters starting from 10 March 2027.
  • Access to the ENETS Conference App and virtual exhibition starting from 10 March 2027.

Conditions

Name changes are accepted at any time before the Conference, subject to an administration fee of EUR 50.00 per name change.

Ticket cancellations are accepted until 1 February 2027, 23:59 CET, subject to an administration fee of EUR 50.00. From 2 February 2027 onwards, ticket cancellations are no longer possible; however, name changes remain permitted until the start of the Conference.

Upgrading your ticket is possible at any time. You will need to pay the difference between ticket fees.

To request a name change, ticket upgrade or cancellation, please contact enets@idea-z.it in writing.

Tickets may also be purchased onsite during the Conference.

Exhibitors may cancel without penalty until 8 January 2027.
