Conditions
- Name changes are accepted at any time for an administration fee of EUR 50.
- Ticket cancellations are accepted until Monday, 1 February 2027, 23:59 CET, for an administration fee of EUR 50. From 2 February 2027 onwards, ticket cancellations are no longer possible; only name changes will be accepted (administration fee: EUR 50).
- Upgrading your ticket is possible at any time. You will need to pay the difference between ticket fees.
- To request a name change, ticket upgrade or a cancellation, please contact enets@idea-z.it.
- Tickets may also be purchased onsite during the conference.
- Exhibitors may cancel without penalty until 8 January 2027.
