Conditions
Name changes are accepted at any time before the Conference, subject to an administration fee of EUR 50.00 per name change.
Ticket cancellations are accepted until 1 February 2027, 23:59 CET, subject to an administration fee of EUR 50.00. From 2 February 2027 onwards, ticket cancellations are no longer possible; however, name changes remain permitted until the start of the Conference.
Upgrading your ticket is possible at any time. You will need to pay the difference between ticket fees.
To request a name change, ticket upgrade or cancellation, please contact enets@idea-z.it in writing.
Tickets may also be purchased onsite during the Conference.
Exhibitors may cancel without penalty until 8 January 2027.
