Cancellation policy for all ticket types
If you wish to cancel, please send your withdrawal notice via email to Business Service Galop (enets@kongresy.com.pl) by 30 January 2026. A refund of any registration fees paid will be issued, minus a €50.00 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received after this date or non-attendance will result in the full fee being charged.
Name changes
Name substitutions are permitted at any time, subject to a €50.00 administrative fee. Please contact Business Service Galop via email (enets@kongresy.com.pl) to arrange any name changes.
Changing types of tickets
Upgrading your ticket is possible at any time. You will need to pay the difference between ticket fees. To request a ticket change please contact Business Service Galop (enets@kongresy.com.pl).
Group bookings
Please contact the ENETS Office at office@enets.org to request a group booking template. Along with the template, the ENETS Office will provide further details and instructions to ensure a smooth booking process.
