Conference E-Poster Guidelines


All accepted abstracts are eligible for poster presentation (hard copy and e-poster). If an oral presentation is accepted, authors will not be eligible for poster prizes. 

We strongly recommend you use our poster template, it can be downloaded as a PDF or PPT file at the bottom of this page.

The poster author will receive a username and password (if he/she does not already have an ENETS Account) for the following procedure:

  • Every panel will have a QR-Code linking to a specially prepared website by ENETS, as an author you can add additional information, such as your contact data, websites, PDF download.
  • E-Posters will be depicted on terminals in the main hall at the ENETS Booth and in the poster area throughout the conference.
  • All posters can be made available onsite via the ENETS e-poster system.
  • Use of ENETS Logo: Please read the branding rules here.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your E-Poster has been successfully uploaded.


  • Validate and update demographic details prior to uploading.
  • Upload E-Poster File - We will only accept your E-Poster as a PDF file.
  • Please submit your poster as a 1-page PDF-file in portrait (vertical) orientation.

In preparation of the upcoming 16th Annual ENETS Conference, 6 to 8 March 2019 in Barcelona, Spain, we have discovered in the world wide web at least one professional entity suggestive of possessing an ENETS mandate for conference registrations. Therefore, we must inform you that 100% of all conference participants are registered through ENETS official website and There are no further options to validly register for Barcelona 2019 (or for any other ENETS event).

Please stay away from fraudulent scams abusing the ENETS acronym to register – and charge you above official ENETS conference fees! Such entities, against whom ENETS presses criminal charges, are neither authorized, nor commissioned nor instructed by ENETS to make such representations.
